Hi! It’s me, Tia!

I don’t know if you’ve noticed but all my previous blogs are gone because this girl got a new face lift and by that I mean website, woot woot! With this becomes the first blog of the new website. I figured it should be EPIC and beautiful which exactly what this wedding was.

Matt & Jayna met while Jayna was moving into their Soho Apartments in Downtown Des Moines. In fact, they wanted to have their first look in front of that elevator where they first met. While Jayna wasn’t single at the time, Matt waited and his patience worked out well. He fell in love with Jayna’s intelligence, outspokenness, love for whiskey and Ohio State plus she was tall and blonde. While Jayna loved Matt’s relaxed nature, kindness and of course I’m sure being Herky helped.

Amidst COVID, these two still decided to tie the knot and celebrate with their friends and family at the beautiful Bash Venue downtown Des Moines. Downtown Des Moines is so special to them since that is where they met. I love how much they incorporated their relationship through all the details.

Their wedding day was July aka super hot, but this didn’t stop them from having a good day. They both wrote their own vows which brought tears to so many eyes. Along with this, the speeches from everyone were definitely 10 stars ***. One of my favorite to date!

I’m so so thankful to been able to photograph these two. I love their fun attitude towards everything and love for sports. Thank you guys for choosing me to celebrate with you! I can’t wait to see what life brings you.
